We require 48 hour notice for any cancellations. 

Your very loved #GOLDENGirls' time is saved just for you! 

When you cancel with less than 48 hours it is a direct impact on your stylists livelihood.

If policy is not met, 50% or more of the scheduled session will be charged.   

No show's will be charged 100% of the missed committed appointment.

CC's are required to be left on every guest file.

Non Refundable Deposits are required for larger (2 hour+) services.  

While it will not be refunded, it can always be saved for a future session! 

If a future session is not in the cards for you, you can always spend it on retail products or gift it to a friend!

Above all, we want you to love your hair. 

If you are not 100% in love with your end result, we are here to help!

We have a 7 day grace period for you to come back in for an adjustment on the same service you received. Additional services past what you initially received  may require an additional charge.

Anything after 7 days is considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
